Sitting on my floor, listening to Nick Drake and eating chocolate cake for breakfast is a good way to start the day.
It's gross weather again and I just saw on the news that my brand of contact lens solution (Bausch and Lomb with MoistureLoc) may be the cause of serious eye infections which may explain why everytime I put my contacts in, my eyeballs screamed in agony. But despite those things, I'm in a good mood. I have a good lead and an interview for my massage externship set up for next wednesday. I have an invitation to meet up with a boy (ok, not really a boy so much as a man... he finished his PhD at Cal in lit and he's 30. Shush. I've always gotten on much better with older guys anyway). I'm going home for the weekend to chill with my brother which always makes me feel better. I'm taking more photos with my old minolta. Life is good.

*sigh* When I was 11, The Andy Griffith show brought me down from a seizure. But that's a story for a different time.
Brigitte Bardot was so very sexy, in a strange way. She had bizarre teeth and had a tendency of looking almost cross eyed in some photos. But that hair and those lips and that voice... ooh la. Yes please.

Donald O'Connor's "Make 'Em Laugh" scene in Singin' in the Rain is one of the most impressively executed and hilarious dance and song bits in existence. The whole movie is brilliant... oh love for Gene Kelly.
I ran errands like a mofo and made veggie fajitas (fuhjietuhs, if you will) tonight. Disbelieving creeping adulthood.
